Does Fajr Noor have a physical store?
No. We do not currently have a physical location, although it is something we may consider in the future. In the meantime, we hope you enjoy your shopping experience on the website!
How long do Custom Necklaces take?
Custom Necklaces take anywhere from 20 - 30 business days. This excludes public holidays and weekends.
If it has been more than 30 business days since your order date, please send an inquiry for an update.
How long does it take to reply to an inquiry?
Majority of inquiries receive a response within 24 hours (Mon-Fri), however please allow up to 48 business hours during peak seasons & sales.
Ensure you check your spam folder and that you include your current email address. We cannot guarantee a response through social media.
Where is my Order Confirmation email?
Check your junk, spam or promotional folder. It is most likely there. Otherwise an incorrect email was provided and you will need to contact us
Can I change My Order?
Once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes to the items in your order.
If you see an error in your shipping address, please email us at sales@fajrnoor.com.au as quickly as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate an edit to the shipping address before the order is processed. If your order is processed with the original address, we encourage you to get in touch with carrier through the tracking link provided.
When will items be restocked?
Kindly sign up to our “back in stock notifications” via the product page.
We will send you an email once the item you are looking for becomes available.
Missing Item in Order?
We are sorry to hear this! Please contact us within 3 business days upon receiving your package and our team will investigate your order.
Do you have Afterpay / Zippay / Klarna?
Nope.
These payment options do not benefit businesses or our customers as they encourage negative financial behaviour.
We would like to see our community thriving financially, so we have decided to not use any of these BNPL payment methods.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
For AU orders, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $150. Express options are also available at checkout.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship to all major trading partners including United States, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand and the Europe.
Some countries cannot be shipped to due to travel restrictions or limitations.

How long does shipping take?
Australia
Standard: 2 - 8 business days
Express: 1 - 2 business days
International
Standard: 5 - 20 business days
Express: 2 - 10 business days
Do I need to pay duties & taxes?
Duties & Taxes may apply for international orders outside of Australia.
We suggest checking your local customs / government website for further details.
Tracking shows it's delivered but I don't see it
Don’t panic!
We recommend taking a peek at your order confirmation to ensure that the shipping address looks correct and checking in with people at your place to make sure they didn’t accidentally snag your package.
If your package doesn’t arrive after 7 business days, please contact the carrier to file a claim. You can also contact us for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return items?
Yes, eligible items can be returned.
Refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
Can I exchange an abaya that doesn't fit me?
We cannot offer direct exchanges at the moment. So make sure your item is eligble for return.
Once we approve your return request and you are welcome to repurchase the preferred size.
My order doesn't qualify for a return, what can I do?
Please email us at admin@fajrnoor.com.au and we'll try our best to accomodate a return for you.
How quickly can I get my refund?
Returns are usually processed within 2-7 business days upon receiving.
We'll send you a confirmation email when your refund has been processed. It then usually takes 1-2 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
