As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. All non-custom orders are shipped out in less than 12 hours. COVID-19 may delay shipping.

Australia:

• Free Shipping on AU orders over $75.
• $5 Flat Standard Shipping Australia Wide | Express calculated at checkout.
• Standard: 2 - 10 days | Express: 1 - 4 days.
• Delivered via AusPost or Sendle.

International:

• Rates are calculated at checkout. Dependant on weight and destination.
• Standard: 1 - 4 weeks | Express: 2 - 12 days.
• Delivered via AusPost, Sendle or DHL.
• Most parcels will be duty-free. If there are any duties & taxes, they fall under the responsibility of the customer.

Returns:

• 30 Days Return Policy.
• Returns not accepted for custom items, items that have been worn, sale items, books or perfumes.
• Shipments sent back to Fajr Noor are to be paid by the customer.

Note: Delivery times are averaged in business days between major metropolitan areas, sometimes delivery can take longer; remote regional areas will take longer.

Do you ship overseas?

• Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply at checkout.

Are you still shipping during COVID?

• Yes! However, the effects of COVID-19 will delay shipping in some parts of Australia especially in lockdown areas.

Will the jewellery rust or tarnish?

• Absolutely not, we only work with quality, enduring materials, from precious metals to our chains, dipped in real 18K gold, rose gold or silver. All stainless jewellery come with Lifetime Warranty.

When will items be restocked?

• Depends, most items will be restocked within 1-2 weeks, however some items can take up to 2 months.
