Processing Time

All orders are packed and dispatched within 12 hours. However, during busy periods there can be delays. Orders with custom items or pre-order items, they will be shipped once all items have arrived, otherwise place two seperate orders.

Delivery in Australia

  • $5 Flat Rate | Express Rates calculated at checkout.
  • FREE Shipping on orders over $75.
  • Standard: 2 - 8 days | Express: 1 - 4 days.
  • Tracking sent to provided email except sticker & pop socket only orders.
  • Reliant on the services of Sendle, Australia Post or DHL.

    Note: Delivery times are averaged between major metropolitan areas, sometimes delivery can take longer, remote & regional areas will take longer.

    International Delivery

    • Standard and Express rates are calculated at checkout and are dependant on weight and destination. Tracking sent to provided email.
    • FREE International Shipping on orders over $200.
    • Standard: 1 - 4 weeks | Express: 2 - 12 days. 
    • Reliant on the services of Sendle or DHL.

      Most parcels won’t require any import duties to be paid. However, if there are any duties and taxes, they fall under the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you check your local customs website for estimated costs.

      Returns:

      We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Within 30 days of purchase date, non-customised orders can be returned.

      To send items back, please contact us at sales@fajrnoor.com.au and we will send you instructions on how to return the items.

      Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for the following items:

      • Any items that have been worn for hygiene reasons. The merchandise should be unworn and in its original condition.
      • Any sale items and books.

      If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please email us and we will try finding a solution for you.

      Cancellations & Order Amendments

      Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. It is the customers responsibility to put the correct delivery address when placing an order. Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.

      If your order has not been shipped and you would like to make changes, immediately contact us and we will try to help as best as we can.

      Undeliverable and Refused Packages

      In the event that delivery is rejected for any reason or considered undeliverable because of an invalid shipping address. We are not responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen or mis-delivered.
