Processing Time

All orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders with custom items or pre-order items, they will be shipped once all items have arrived, otherwise place two seperate orders.

COVID restrictions may delay shipping.

  • Standard: 5 - 8 days | Express: 2 - 4 days
  • $5 Standard Flat Rate | Express calculated at checkout
  • Tracking sent to provided email except sticker & pop socket only orders
  • Delivered by Australia Post

    International Delivery

    • Standard: 6 - 12 days | Express: 2 - 6 days
    • Standard & Express rates are calculated at checkout. They are dependant on weight and destination. Tracking sent to provided email
    • Delivered by Australia Post or DHL

      Most parcels won’t require any import duties to be paid. However, if there are any duties and taxes, they fall under the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you check your local customs website for estimated costs. Delivery times are averaged in business days between major metropolitan areas.

      Returns:

      We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Within 30 days of purchase date, non-customised orders can be returned.

      To send items back, please contact us at sales@fajrnoor.com.au and we will send you instructions on how to return the items. Shipments sent back to Fajr Noor are to be paid by the customer. 

      Note: Returns not accepted for custom items, worn / used items, sale items, books and perfumes. Returns from covid hotspots may be rejected.

        If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please email us and we will try finding a solution for you.

        Cancellations & Order Amendments

        Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. It is the customers responsibility to put the correct delivery address when placing an order. Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.

        If your order has not been shipped and you would like to make changes, immediately contact us and we will try to help as best as we can.

        Undeliverable and Refused Packages

        In the event that delivery is rejected for any reason or considered undeliverable for any reason including an invalid shipping address. We are not responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen or mis-delivered.
