We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Within 10 days of delivery date, orders can be returned.
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition that you received, unworn or unopened, with tags and in original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We charge a return fee to cover the cost of intial shipping that will be deducted from your refund.
Returning items should be tracked and is to be paid by the customer.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All hijabs, undercaps and perfumes cannot be refunded or exchanged for hygiene reasons. Custom jewellery and book cannot be refunded due to the nature of the product. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Faulty items are eligible for partial or full refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange/refund was approved or not.
How are my refunds credited?
All refunds will be credited to you via store credit only. These typically take 2 - 3 business days to come through.
