Returning your Purchase

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Within 30 days of delivery date, orders can be returned.

Our Return Policy

Our Return Policy is Simple. We accept all items within 30 days of delivery date except the following:

  • Custom Items
  • Worn / Used Items
  • Discounted / Sale Items
  • Books
  • and Perfumes

Returning Item should be tracked and is to be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for lost shipments.

Items must be received in their original, resellable condition with the original tags attached. If any returned items are received stained, altered or damaged you will not be eligible for a refund and the items will be returned to you at your expense.

How are my refunds credited?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment or a Fajr Noor store credit. These typically take 3 business days to fully come through and you will be notified via email / sms.

Note: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges. If item was shipped for free at checkout, the cost of shipping will be negated from total refundable value.
