Chiffon is the most delicate of fabrics, it is naturally airy and flowing and is a perfect choice for the warm Australian weather. Chiffon hijab comes in a wide variety of colours and patterns and go well when dressed up or in everyday wear, you can pair it with any outfit. We recommend the use of an under cap, to avoid slipping due to the smooth nature of chiffon.

Jersey hijab are our favourite, this viscose and lycra blend of fabric makes for a casual jersey hijab that suits both everyday outfits and activities. No undercap or pins needed for this perfect fabric. The elasticity of lycra makes for an easy and comfortable fit that stays in place all day long.
Care instructions: Hand wash or machine wash warm only with other scarves in like colours. Tumble dry on low. For make-up or oil stains, spot treat with stain remover. Due to the nature of the stretch fabric, it will shrink up in the wash. Once ironed, it’s as good as new!
Viscose is a stylish fabric that works well for everyday wear or elegant outfits because of its soft to the touch, flowing and versatile. Viscose is made from a medium-weave rayon, so it has a tendency to shrink in a washing machine. An undercap is recommended but not necessary.
Care instructions: Hand wash or machine wash warm only with other colour scarves. Wash dark colours alone to avoid any possible colour bleeding. Tumble dry on low. For make-up or oil stains, spot treat with stain remover. Due to the nature of the woven fabric, it will shrink up and need a warm iron.
Satin hijabs are smooth, shiny and flowing. Satin is perfect for elegant and formal wear or any special occasions. It is recommended to use an under cap due to the nature of the fabric as it slides easily against itself.
Care instructions: Machine wash your satin hijabs in warm water with like fabrics and colours. Tumble dry on low. For make-up or oil stains, spot treat with stain remover. Iron on the lowest setting and on the matte side of the fabric – never the shiny side, as this can cause permanent damage.
